My Design Bookmarks
Most design inspiration lists are overwhelming. These are the ones I actually keep coming back to—whether I need a starting point, a tiny interaction detail, or a better visual direction.
1. Collect UI
Collect UI is a simple, reliable stream of interface inspiration. I use it when I want to see how other people have approached a familiar screen or product problem.
2. Best Designs on X
Best Designs on X organizes the best design work being shared on X into useful categories. It is a quick way to catch ideas that are already making the rounds without getting lost in the feed.
3. Refero Styles
Refero Styles is especially useful when you are designing with AI. It has thousands of AI-readable design-system examples, including colors, type, spacing, components, and DESIGN.md files you can bring into your workflow.
4. Logosystem
When a project needs a logo direction, Logosystem is a good place to start. Its collection is filterable by style, industry, shape, color, and mood, which makes finding a useful reference much less random.
5. Canvas UI
Canvas UI has beautiful, creative components that can make a page feel a little more alive: clouds, dithered objects, droplets, frost, glass, ripples, and more. Use with restraint, but there is a lot here worth studying.
6. Paper Shaders
Paper Shaders is a collection of fast, zero-dependency shaders for the web. The water shader is a personal favourite, but there are also gradients, grain, dithering, distortion, liquid metal, and other effects to experiment with.
7. Curated
Curated is where I go to study a great site more closely. It pairs handpicked examples with categories and style tags, so you can look beyond a pretty screenshot and find references that fit the job at hand.
8. Backgrounds Supply
Backgrounds Supply is a paid tool with a one-time $49 price for its full background collection. If you are tired of another flat gradient, it is a useful shortcut to more distinctive visual texture.
9. beUI Card Folder
This is a lovely credit-card-in-a-folder component from beUI. It is the kind of focused interaction reference that is useful when a standard card needs a little more personality.
10. Spell UI
Spell UI has a strong set of polished components, including charts, a perspective book, highlighted and marquee text, signatures, and tilt cards. I like it for the small details that make a landing page feel considered.
11. Wellmade
Wellmade is a home for creative work that earns its name. Beyond websites, it is full of strong logos, posters, app screenshots, and Open Graph images—useful references when the brief is broader than UI.
12. OpenSource UI
OpenSource UI is a free, copy-paste React and Next.js component library with unusually specific ideas, from a dimple switch to playful Instagram-inspired treatments. It is a good reminder that a useful component library does not have to feel generic.
The point of a resource list like this is not to copy what you find. It is to build a sharper eye, notice the details, and come back to your own work with a better starting point.
